Payments will be made through the Philadelphia-Whitemarsh Rugby Football Club (PWRFC).

PWRFC is a qualified regional amateur rugby organization in the Philadelphia area which is organized and operated exclusively to foster national and international amateur sports competition and supports and develops amateur athletes for rugby competition. PWRFC enjoys a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt status. Donors can make charitable contributions and receive a tax deduction on their tax return.

Entry Deadlines
* June 1, 2010 - Ball Sponsorship Due (Full Panel $500/partial panel is $250)
* June 11, 2010 - T-Shirt Sponsors Due ($500 large logo/$250 smaller logo)
* June 25, 2010 - Cutoff for any new brackets (for example, women or touch)
* June 25, 2010 - Early Bird Tournament Entry Fee of $265 is over at 12 midnight
* June 26, 2010 - Tournament Entry Fee becomes $300 (no exceptions)
* July 15, 2010 - Online Ads due (more details to come)
There is still a discount for two teams of $500.
